are too hot... even for RHP these days... try posting a tit pic and check out the 'Too Hot!' pop-up every time you sign in. Cover the nipple with a lollypop and lickety split, it's all sweet. . See-thru barmaids are illegal... skimpy barmaids are legal. . The difference is all in the nipple... . I did a quick google of (genitals nipples) and found nipples are listed under genital piercings. Now the question that constantly springs to mind for me... Why are men's nipple's okay???

That we can drive our car naked??? I missed that earlier Jelly! I'd like to know more about the whole topless female issue myself. It is such a double standard. . Mado, you'd have one less boob to perve on? ;-)

yes. it is perfectly legal to drive you car naked. The inside of your car is a private area, not a public one. It driving me crazy now. I have to find out the legalities.. I will keep you posted.

a cultural difference. In most of European countries you can go topless. Nipples are everywhere....lol I have one photo in my private gallery I will see what RHP does with it when I post it as my main photo.

In WA a females nipples is considered part of the human genitals and there fore the nipples must be covered... An example of this law is the strippers or skimpys that out shows on at local pubs must place a sticker over the nipple area... How do I know this well I lived in WA for ten years worked in minds n simply asked the cops one day? Also I mate here is a fed cop so I asked him again and he checked this for me and the result was as above re covering the nipple..

My vehicle is registered with the council to drive down the hay st mall :) Also agree with peachy it is illegal to be a topless waitress in a public place but cover the nipple and all is fine.

My understanding of the law it is illegal to expose female breasts in a public place other than those designated areas i believe this law dates back to the 1800's as its deemed to be immoral and provocative [my interpretation some stuck up snob didn't want-people perving at his missus's tits], I suspect the church had something to do with it given there stance on gay marriage and other moral issues etc.As far as skimpy barmaids and others in similar work these are on licensed premises and governed by the liquor licensing act.

The Authorities of WA including Police are nearing NAZI status with their Crafty Multinova's and cameras everywhere. The Public of WA have NO say in what happens to them by this totalist leadership who impose new and sly laws and equipment without consideration for/by the public who get stung frequently without warning. The Place SUCKS nowadays because of the Gestapo who have infiltrated over time.
