  It means that the person is a freind and occassionally, when the mood or the timing takes us, we have mutually satisfying sex The emphasis is on the friendship and if one of us begins an exclusive relationship then the friendship remains. This is as opposed to a fuck buddy. That is one that rolls up, has sex and nthing more. Rings out of the blue and dissappears again until horny. That makes me feel a little used. I like the friends.......with benefits.
