Hey, Welcome to the forums. My only advice for you both is to use a bit of Political correctness when addressing the forums and responding. Oh and have some decorum. LOL other than that, express your opinions all you like. Don't be offended if someone does not see your view point. Um... that's about it...Oh and enjoy?

Thanks heaps for the welcome... I didn't mean to imply that I (Mrs P'... Mr P' almost never posts) was new to the forums lol... but I was once, a few years ago :-D My thought behind this thread was for the many newcummers who post and start new threads, then often end up deleting their profiles after experiencing overwhelming 'opinion's in response.Another tip I'd offer is to avoid certain topics... cheating for eg always seems to raise the temperature round here... talk about HOT!Hugs... I must admit I do love my forums but this is my first, ah "non-vanilla-esque" forum participation and it's very freeing to be able to express yourself and not hide our sexy sides. Also after trawling through the threads you pick up a feeling for who are the "kings and queens" of the forums so to speak and a better feel for personalities then any written profile could give. Ya know what I hate? Maybe not hate so much as annoys me. Maybe annoys is too harsh, perhaps irks is a better descriptor...the perveived pressure on ppl to be something they are not. If you happen to be a sleeze, then sleeze away..some like it...some don't. You'll soon find out whether your approach is unpalatable to your 'target'. My best advice is to be yourself...you know, the one you are when you're not being a total tool. My favourite posts are those we can all just jump in and have a little fun.....Focus is absolutely correct, there are some lovely ppl here....may take some time to find your own level but hey...isn't that half the fun?

LMAO you lot, whatever takes your fancy! These are exactly the sort of posts I was hoping to get for this thread. Definitely don't want it to be all serious and surely don't want anyone thinking we're trying to make any rules, the forums are after all an autocracy LOL, made up of all sorts of people and another 'fact' lol, is that we're all different. With that in mind, another tip I'd like to offer is that a sense of humour goes a long way around here :-DA handy tip I've found lately is to save my posts in my templates for if they don't end up being approved, specially long ones. Sometimes a bit of editing can help. Haha, and I've always known there are three tabs above each post, except the OP's (original post/er) for some reason. It was only today that I thought to click the 'Reply>>' tab and I was impressed to learn it takes us straight to the comment box hehe. There's also the 'Report Abuse' and, my favourite LOL, the 'Reply with Quote' tab. Overuse of these can over-stimulate the senses hahaha.Hugs... Mrs P' >>> cosying up wit a cuppa tea hehe PS: Don't be fooled by the way vilifies is spelled at the top of the 'Post Your Comments' box, it only has one L as on the State forum Home pages ;-P

trolling these forums is easy if you obey these simple rules ... Don't say anything contraversal because a lot here have very thin skins ... Never disagree with some of the regulars cos you will be hounded like hell for having an opinion ... Never go against the norm, same reason as above .... or if you are like me and don't give a shit what people think, clearly state your own opinion, be prepared to weather the resulting storm, be prepared to defend your own opinion intelligently and hold your head up high for being true to yourself.

Do you find some posts to be more 'user friendly' than others? As Earl pointed out...good to see the 'gangs mostly here'...where you feel 'safe' to let it all hang out....RFB to your hearts content, etc. Speaking of RFB'ing...the things I learnt today are: 1. Superstition: I went to pains not to have too many important things to do on 'black friday' & now have two of THE most crucial appts EVER happening. The universe likes to let you know you are never in control!! 2. Scrubs season 7 is crap And the best thing of all...miracles do happen. I can't go into detail as it is not my story to tell, however, I witnessed one of the most inspiring and heroic events in my life thus far, whereby a young man turned his life around and owned it!
