You pretty much summed it up .... Let's see .. this week ... i met a guy on sat ... who I met on here and have been talking to since I joined in Jan ... we caught up for drinks ..... he didnt want to come back to my house .. but we made out etc .. nothing too full on ... he seemed into me ... and then i message him to see if he wants to catch up again ... and nothing .. no response ... and then i had another guy .. who i have been talking to for about 2 months ... and i suggest that we meet up for a drink ... nope he wanted me to cook him dinner WTF ... i hate cooking (think that comes from owning a busy takeaway for over 5yrs ) ..... and he didnt get that i wanted to meet elsewhere first ... i didnt want him showing up without meeting him first ,... Well im sure its been said before. Its a shame there isn't some way to filter out the 90% of users and losers on this site. I am one regular guy that wants to meet open minded people, and I agree with many that you do need to wade through the cesspool to find good people. But it takes time the odds don't look great but it is good when you get there. I just wish we all didn't live so far away from each other.

No not me. I have just shown I'm not one. We are a couple looking for another man to watch us and take pics etc. Some people think that since we are looking! anyone who sends us an email is going to be the one, or if we exchange emails a few times and they send a pic, they think they are in. I just joined RHP so i haven't met up or really spoken to many people yet but i have been on other websites in the past and i haven't had any time wasters with the males i meet. The males that i did meet one on one on other sites have all been very nice to me actually. I am very good at screening jerks. lol The time wasters i do get are with single bi females who say they want to meet up arrange a meeting and then cancel on the last minute. Great post and thanks to all of you for your honesty and openess to discuss this issue. I have the added burden of being over 50. Gawd u would think that i had become invisible!!! I am 50 and overweight (but not obese) and I have been on adult dating sites including this one for five months and I have not been able to meet a single person. I find it very annoying and frustrating when reading profiles that have one liners such as "I adore older men" or "Anyone upfor fun times" or "Anyone for a fling". This implies that the woman will meet anyone as long as they are in the desired age group, but this is not the case. In most cases I have never received a reply to my messages. The closet I came to meeting someone was when I sent a message to a married woman a few weeks ago and she wanted me to meet her there and then. I made up an excuse that I was going out with friends because like you I was concerned for my safety. I insist on meeting first. There is no gaurantee that the photo on the profile is the person you are conversing with. There are a lot of false profiles and scammers on ALL adult dating sites.
