Well depends on what type of flirting your doing if it's not to suggestive and you have been friends awhile then no I wouldn't look at it that way But if your suggesting things that go outside the friend flirting then maybe it can be taken the wrong way especially if he already has the hits for you

Hmmm well i like a flirty woman in the sense that it keeps me keen, in other words i like the banter its almost like foreplay in a way. As for work if a married/taken girl i work with is flirting with me i just take it as fun, i respect people boundarys and in turn expect the same works work and i guess a little flirting breaks up monogamy of the day. i'd expect my partner not disrespect me and flirt over the top,i.e: what happens as fun at work and stays there and goes no further. my woman wouldn't have time to flirt at work she would be way way too tired form me licking her all over all night long

Funnily enough i was having this convo with the boys just the other morning, and it seems that the young fellers (Apprentices etc) like a bit of the old flirty girly.However us slightly older and i dare say wiser Lads, all agreed that, there is probably nothing better than a dirty girl hehe.What can i say, us tradies get our hands dirty at work, and love to come home to a dirty girl too.We love our little sluts! My wife loves to flirt, as she says it empowers her. Unfortunately there are some ppl out there that then take the flirting as a green light so one must be carfeul. We play together and alone and have a set of safety rules for bothsituations and have only had one guy stalk my wife. We elarnt a lot from that and so did he in the end. When can you value our house naughtisxcgirl?????

I work and play in environments that range from high stress "nobs and snobs" to some really fun and causual folks...just depends on what time of day or night you ask. Flirting and having a good laugh about it all is hilarious...and hey, so what if it does factor in to my PA's performance review and bonus structure. | Here is just one small example...I hate it when somebody says "smile for the camera" as a Nikon usually has no sense of humour and just can't pull it off (don't go there) and worse if I am told to look really serious and visionary, my crystal ball broke when I fell off the gypsy wagon. So, the professional photographer is there, backdrop out the window on the 40th floor and I am supposed to be looking like I have a clue about investing during the GFC, right? Struggling like hell not to blow it and hold that "austere" gaze into the future...and guess who walks by the door, wiggles around and starts pulling her sweater up? So much for the pose and to top it off she stuck out her tongue then did the thing of licking her finger and making that "so hot it sizzles" thing with one finger on her butt. | Performance bonus for her and the photographer didn't have a clue until I growled "just take the fuckin' pictures and get on with it". Instant grump face...perfect shots, pain in the ass photo shoot done 10 mintues later. I got even...since I had practised "the look" I gave her one on the way back to the office and told her "now, you go tell the photographer why I have this lump in the Armanis and apologize...or you will be working back until the year 2012". Yeah so what...she told me to piss off and go answer my emails. It is sooooo hard to find good help. Even harder to find a fantastic friend with an attitude that is like a life support system in the brain dead zone. | The great part is that we can play around like this and it is "just flirting" as I have a huge amount of respect for her as a professional, a friend and for her husband and family. Hell yes he knows she is one of the biggest flirts on the planet...why do you think he married her? | Now as for what I would want in a lover/partner...probably all of that and a bit more. I like the fun and laughter, the connection...and the reality of sharing the intimacy that what you do or how you do it may only be a small part of the big picture. Crossing the line and becoming good friends with a sense of humour...and being adventurous. Yes, please...try that twice (or maybe three times) before we decide if we like? If not then... | ...you can sell it on eBay.
