Fit to Swing

Sal and I are a healthy couple and we think to ourselves, who wants to be a swinger and not be fit in this day and age. What about if we organized some sort of group training. Obviously it would have to be a non sexy event, and purely for fitness purposes. If we built it would the people of Brisbane come, perhaps RHP would sponsor it. Perhaps if it was on a Friday and Saturday evening, you know curls for the girls, abs for the lads... ? Where would we do it... Thought I would toss it out to the members, and see what came back?

    I think a lot of stretching should be involved... just saying... you know... ahem... Well.... just in case someone's hip flexors need an assisted stretch.. I could umm... fly in especially... every now and again... as a kind of special guest consultant. :p Hugs Stalky

    10 couples - 3 games Men v men women v women mixed (the best 5 men and best 5 women from NSW taking on their Qld counterparts) After the games are completed a post match function is held This could be huge ... just like when the late, great Kevin Humphreys came up with the origin concept Maybe have 6 games if there are enough numbers - have an u35s and o35s

Alright... maybe if we make our way over towards those young nubile 34 year old Salandy type people and lean on them, we can slow em down a bit and maybe keep up our ... ummm... chances ...... hehe.....     I have always believed the fitter you are, the better the sex ! I've let myself go a little over the past few months and have noticed a decrease in my flexibility and strength (no more one arm push ups and vertical karate kicks). Sometimes when I'm trying to get my legs twisted into a particular Kama Sutra position, my hip hurts or I get a cramp ! Devastating !!! My partner trains at the same gym as I do so I'm fortunate to have a trainer partner but I love my outdoor training. If anyone in Melbourne is interested in meeting down at the beach in a group training situation, I'm happy to coordinate. Cheers, Miss Saturn

    I would agree here. I noticed that once i started losing weight (and there has been quite a bit lost over 12 months) I become a lot more sexually active. And not just because I had more people wanting to play either lol I found that with increased fitness came increased stamina and boy my flexibility increased too. I am back to doing things/positions that i hadnt been able to do in years. Off to find someone to try these old found skills on Kisses Focus
