I know so many ladies that would go to this eventbut wont because its a Thursday night and they work.I also know some guys that would but wont for the same reason.So why have it on a Thursday when people have jobs.

Seems a bit weird. It's either for young people who don't give a rats what night it is or it isn't intended to be a late one? I remember those days... Go out every night to stupid o'clock, go home for an hour or two sleep than go to work. Some weeks I was so shattered by Friday I would go straight home after work and sleep! The good old days. :p
