Although I like group exercises where I don't have to think. I like spin class, kick boxing, running/walking, bike riding. Sadly I have done hardly any this year and it shows. Next year I am planning to take up reformer Pilates for a while to see if I like it.

Is weight training. I use it so that I don't get horrible flabby skin. Thin is not the same as strong and toned. I know I'll never be a model, but I will be a glamazon.

Love Kayak fishing, mixed martial arts, I used to race bmx as a teen, then got into dirt bikes- throwing a big bike around in the scrub is bloody hard work. Awesome for upper body strength.

Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido, boxing, weights, running (8km daily), gymnastics (mostly trampolining), dancing. It's the running I miss the most, I think. I loved that runners high. Now days, I just do some free weights and flexibility training.

My absolute favourite is getting out on the bicycle, late at night, cool air, maybe a sprinkle of rain to cool me and activate the smells of the earth and bush, invigorating, meditative and soul soothing.Sailing my dinghy solo, similar to above, physical, cheek to cheek with nature and it's rawness.

boxing.... without a doubt has always been #1..... unfortunately i cant fight anymore because apparently my brain is now fragile but i can and do still train. other than that i love going to the gym and doing weights training, cardio, and then taking it easy in the sauna. i hate running on the road - its boring (having said that i have always planned to run a marathon one day)... but i love running up the beach, its challenging and there is often good scenery to perve on... my 2nd favourite sport to play used to be gridiron, but again due to the apparently fragile head i cant play that anymore, which sucks a bit but of course the favourite form of exercise is usually in bed, had a girl before who would seriously have me out of breath after sex, she was by far the best form of exercises...

Probably the two sports I've been playing since I can remember...baseball (as much as hovering over third base can be considered exercise....hmm..) and soccer. I love the tactical side of the games, and you get the benefit of playing in a team, but also play sports with plenty of individual contests.... and not many things get close to the pleasure of scoring a goal or knocking it over the fence.
