OOH scary one! I am a big fan of untampered boobs even post baby/ies. I have been spending some time working on a plastics ward in a public hospital and have come across quite a few dodgy Thai implants gone wrong, so from a health perspective I don't recommend implants. That said I am aware of the body issues and confidence of women who undergo these procedures. I have felt some of the boobs that have been worked on and it is something you can feel when playing. (not at work) One girl I had gone to uni with had had work done and I was so sad because I thought she had wonderful small perky boobs that I loved the look of previously. Its from a male perspective its very subjective as to the size and shape of boobs. For women it can be a matter of how sexy/womanly they feel about themself. For me its pretty much all shapes and sizes and any one who wants a professional opinion call me!!!! Mike

If there part of the girl you love they're always gunna be bloody terrific. No tampering required! Ahmen!Now I know some women have them out sourced for reasons of self esteemand comfort, and thats ok too as long as they are doing it for themselves. Kj always wishes hers were bigger than an A cup, but I reckon they're great, just the way they are!Cheers Felonius

considering fake boobs for yourself hedevil?Go with whatever suits your body shape,in proportion to the rest of you. I would never consider fake boobs for me,have more than enough.x Hugs H

thanks for the help have got on too a site in the usa janets closet that has some it is a site just for us crossdressers have settled for a pair of 38d,s they sould suit my body shape nicely i carnt wait for the postman

Yhis is for yourself? If it's something that you have your heart set on doing then go for it, The most natural looking would be best, the teardrop I think would be your best bet, just don't go over the top, if you keep it in proportion to your body makes it look more natural too. Best of luck.

you are so right , dont like fake boobs but...... got breast cancer and I always had beautiful breast, was devastating when I had radio and one shrank.. got a reconstruction done and is the second best thing that happen to me ( survive cancer was the first) despite my scars and the feeling ( hard) in my fake one , other is 100% mine I feel sexy and confident .I am more than my boobs, I am a woman with a high sex drive, all is on the mind,think and feell beautiful and others will see that you are beautiful too !!!

Haven't seen a good job yet , and trust me I have seen hundreds. Personally I would never get it done, but I have heard that teardrops are the most natural. Leesa xxx
