Experimental seems to be pretty common in profiles, my perception is that an experimental person is happy to have straight/bi/gay people present for fun but not necessarily be straight/gay/bi themselves. Having said that, I usually ask as it varies.

MKL, Good question, for us it's about pushing the restrictions that may have built up over the years typically through the environment you grew up in ( I hope this isn't being to serious!!) It's about challanging yourself to step off the cliff and give something a go even though at times every fibre in your body is shit scared of the unknown. We like to role play and set up different senarios......my partner also like to see me with other women (which for some guys seems to be a dream come true) so when we can we try and set that up. We've also started trying the swingers scean which has confrunted ( spelling) some of my own insecurity's, but it's all good and it's about trying different things. What we've also found is that the more we experiment together the deeper the trust and the closer we become ( we've only been together 3 years). For example we both like watersports, so it was the experimenting that brought this out for both of us and broke down some barriers. We were recently in Paris and went to the Moulin Rouge for a show. Miss Sarah wore a very tight pair of shorts that look like the smallest mini in the universe. We believe that the category 'Experimental' is simply a door for those not yet comfortable enough to acknowledge that they're bi-curious / bi-sexual to hide behind. Sites like these should list the professionally recognized category of 'Hetroflexible' - a person who prefers the relationship of someone from the opposite sex, but is flexible when it comes to sex (prepared to engage with both sexes). The male in this couple is not bi-sexual (someone who has sex AND relationships with both sexes) so until the term hetroflexible is used, bi-curious is the most suitable category.

" Yep, I think the same as Meeka and for me it doesn't JUST mean that I want to have same sex experimentation. There are many things I have not yet experienced that I am definitely curious about, like going to a swingers party or club, joining the mile high club, MMF and the list goes on. I think saying that experimental is the term given to people who are unsure about their sexuality is a bit limiting. I am very sure about my sexuality, just not so sure about trying some of the things that contribute to my fantasy world. WILDly wanting to experiment

Experimental... aren't we all? Maybe not. I think it simply means being willing to try something you haven't done before to see if you enjoy it. So, not everyone is "experimental" especially when it comes to pushing the boundaries of your gender preferences. Role Play.... That's when 80 or so fo your closest companions all different shapes and sizes all dressed up as Zorro replete with black, caped, masked, booted, bandanas and strap on replacements used as swords, male and female... all Zorros "En guarde". In reality, the Vacuum salesman may 'demo' the vacuum to the 'Maid' but in the end she will not be the buyer, it is the employer of the maid that will be the purchaser. If the lady of the house approves the acquisition of the vacuum, she may insist that subject to sale, the maid be allowed to use the vacuum in such a way as to leave 'Love bite marks' upon the neck of the salesman (crevice tool attachment) before he leaves. And so on, and so on.....
