Events for Lesbian / Bisexual Women

I have been on this site for a little while now and I have noticed that most events are focussed on swinger couples.
What about all the singles? Especially the gay or bisexual singles?
Are there any events catering to lesbian / bisexual women at all who are just looking for women?

One of the swingers clubs has started hosting semi regular events for bi ladies or bi curious ladies.
Although partners (if they have them) are invited after a certain time of night to join.RHP User

Jennylee and myself tried to start a social group for Bi or Bi curious women here in Sydney. We had no one show any interest.

Mainly for ladies only can't remember the name of group though but I haven't attended their party looks good though.

I attempted to host a party last year for bisexual women in Perth. Unfortunately only about 6 showed up. They were lovely ladies one and all but was hoping for a much better response considering all the women on here claiming to be looking for female companionship. I guess the not allowing of partners put a dampener on many, as I've noticed a lot of the messages I recieve start as a talk between the two ladies which soon ends with a "oh and I also have a partner....do you mind if he watches/joins in". When the answers yes they seem to lose interest rather quickly :(

Yes I think they had the same thing at one of the Swinger's clubs here in Sydney. Not sure if it's regular though.

Not entirely accurate, Libby. We had some tentative support.ma few girls were keen to attend if we could get it up and running. We had some suggestions as to the theme and one of our lovely ladies volunteered her home as a venue before ill health forced her to pull out then it just fell apart.
Give it a go, Minxey. Maybe you'll bbe more successful and Libby and I will definitely attend. xxxRHP User

I recently came across an article talking about a London based group called the Skirt club, its for Bi or Bi-curious women. It's recently started in Sydney with an event happening at the end of this month, I think. Sound hot as hell.

I attended a private girls only party in Brisbane last year (March?) and it was pretty great. As far as I know the woman that hosted it was putting on regular events with lots of success (10+ girls etc). Unfortunately I no longer live on the Gold Coast so I can't attend any events down that way as I now live a 4 hour drive away. To make things worse there is absolutely NOTHING around for Bisexual girls in the Hervey Bay area. There isn't even any genuine profiles of women looking for other women! If there was I would put on my own girls only parties as I have the house to host it but unfortunately there just isn't a market for it where I live.
I miss living on the Gold Coast :( lol

We're organising a couples Meet & Greet here in Canberra at the end of this month.
If all goes well, then I think that a Lesbian/Bisexual meet and greet event will definitely be on the cards. We'll be asking the attendees what they're interested in to heat up the cold winters down here.WineAndFunTimes

Not specifically for lesbians/bisexual women but we have a ladies only event in Canberra on 8 Oct.
It's a night for ladies in the lifestyle to get together, enjoy a fun pole dancing class then have dinner, drinks and dancing. Of course I'm hoping for lots of flirting and maybe a bit of play to end the night.RHP User

There is a LGBT event on in Hervey Bay tomorrow night - Burlesque on Bayswater if anyone lives around the Fraser Coast/Wide Bay area and wants to go. As far as I know its the only regular LGBT event of its type around this area. The next closest place is Brisbane. I'd think it would be a good place to meet like-minded people :)
They are getting a whole lot of professional drag queens up from Brisbane (who preform at some of Brisbane's best gay clubs) to come along and put on a show for us on the night. The whole night is Burlesque themed. Starts at 7pm, Entry is Free. Being held at the Bayswater Bar (the bar at Oceans Resort & Spa) in Hervey Bay
This is a regular LGBT event and it is on the first Saturday of every month, but its a different theme every month :)
I am going with a big group of my girlfriends tomorrow night & I'm really looking forward to it, should be a fantastic night :D

In Sydney I'm only aware of Twisted Chic events. Easy enough to find their events via google or on fetlife. Their events are only for women/people who identify as female, of any sexuality.

Hi,
This is something I,would like to look into , we have nothing over the ditch. apart from one group most who have some thing on is Auckland and I,m too far away. Ch Ch is so closed you wont get in, so theres really nothing I can go to.
from where I stand being with other women would be far better for me though doubt any thing will be for women in the south island, its a lot harder to join in any of the groups. oh well age is still the issue , if your a lot younger your in .

We did see an event for bi couples but my partner is straight but i love women so we decided not to go. We did see an event for just bi girls but i like my partner to be with meWe have decided to just meet bi girls and couples and enjoy a more intimate setting.I would love to meet some bi girls too go for coffee or shopping and friendship and maybe more but not sure a swinging club is the place for me to find that.Mischa

Our secret spot just recently held a play night for women. It went well and will be holding another event 31 Aug.
Have a look in events on here for the event its called Club V.
Last friday The sanctuary club at annandale held their first ladies event and it will also become a regular event.
Its slowly happening.
As a single bi girl who loves being with other women i don't let that stop me and attend the swinger nights. You never know who will turn up.

We love the idea of a ladies night, maybe if there was a coinciding group for those with male partners that are curious or bi to be held also, that way the girls get the girls and the boys get the boys. Just a thought... :)
I know there are already a fair few events catered for guys out there, I’m meaning specifically aimed at couples that may be curious to try some same-sex fun that maybe don’t want their partner to watch or something...
