  I think the validation feature is pretty good for weeding out fakers. Although meeting someone in the wild, I guess it's difficult to tell. Parties and events are probably a good bet, or recommendations from other couples that are friends?

  Perhaps there is a way they could verify themselves in such a skill to help us? Similar to verifying a profile so people know it’s not a bloke pretending to be a couple.

  It is hard to know what each couple are happy to accept. I'm afraid of being too aggressive, eager, or demanding.
  As I'm the invited one, I let the couple lead and direct the actions.
  This could appear to be inexperience, but is just letting them set the pace and limitations.
