  Jayem, I don't know if you have been to a nudist resort or beach but the majority I have been to are exactly like Capital described.I go to a local beach where I live, Samurai Beach. It is legal, and well policed by the regulars there. For example, if a single guy arrives and doesn't get naked, he is politely asked why. And god help a guy who turns up by himself and drops his towel too close to a woman or a family. he is very quickly told to move on. The beach is big, well over a kilometer long so there is no excuse to get too close to someone.But I suspect you want something different from the norm, where only the beautiful and young go to right? Well I think that would be hard to enforce wouldn't it. Would a young person with 'folds' be allowed? What about someone in their 60's who has a perfect body?To me a nudist area isn't about perving. Hell there are very few people who look better naked than they do with clothes on. In fact the only time I see perving is when someone arrives dressed, people look. But once that person is naked, interest is lost because they are just the same as everyone else.Mooka
