We didnt make Hobart - I'll be honest after we left drinks night on Fri we went and found some fun people to drink with and yes we were hungover and just couldnt get motivated...up side of the day though is we found a lovely restaurant in Launceston, I took Roxxy shopping again (poor woman is never going to get over that) AND she kindly took me to some local wineries...we are going to see if we can manage to get our hot butts to Devenport today (cheese, choclate and wine mmmmmm). \ Driving through Launceston with Roxxy is seriously good fun people - did you know it is possible to flirt with cute young guys driving utes while both vehicles are driving side by side??? Well it is for these two party girls....damn we knew we should have followed them instead of buying that new dress for me! Roxxy's local has the typical pub bistro - could have shared my dinner with another it was that huge - however when at 8:30pm there is only 4 people in the bar apart from us on a Saturday night...we started to worry. . Sadly Roxxy and I share a very similar sense of humour and have been laughing non stop and have you ever seen someone try and explain a concept about cars to a woman who knows nothing about them by using shoes as a likenesss - especially when the person doing the explaining doesnt know much about shoes??? Definately a recipe for laughter. . We havent managed to get arrested nor have I scared the locals too much yet but hey I am here for another 24 hours - there is still time... . Kisses Focus

Pressies for me I hope. But of course you found someone more fun to drink with...I would expect nothing less. Having met Roxxy, and knowing you as I do, I really am glad I am not along on this trip. I think I would have to alternate between playing heavy handed parent and laughing so hard I would be in danger of peeing my panties. I could, however, explained the concept of cars for Roxxy.

day three: cheese (oh god yes!) chocolate (mmmmmmmmmm) and more wine purchased, a cheeky pic set taken (lol) and I think I scared her neighbours - dont walk around with very little clothing on in Roxxys backyard - the neighbours arent used to it . Places to visit if ever in the area: * seafood restaurant at Peppers Resort in Launceston - mmmmmm * Latrobe pub bistro - huge meals (ask for a half serve - trust me) and taste oh so good * Ashgroves cheese factory * d'Annvers chocolate factory * any winery you can get to especially Tamar Ridge Estates - and definately try devils corner mmmmmmm * and before the lovely 80 yr old owner ups and sells go to Jingles Creek Vineyard and meet Irving Fong - fantastic man . I didnt get it Roxie... please explain???????????? but we saw it - we studied the landmark from various angles and found that from one side you can see the head and feet though must warn you the baby is overweight - he has a huge belly. Wow you girls have travelled a bit. I thought saying 'got around' was in appropriate and may offend! Have to say some great places to visit in the apple isle allthough only been once. Focus you made me laugh and go a few glances from the other office staff who can see me through the windows! But how anyone can tell its a male baby is beyond us - unless of course he is using rhp sizing...lol tilted my head in all directions and had a look before further winery visits! and I have to thank Roxxy for a fantastic weekend...this woman sure knnows how to show her guest a great time...honestly why people have stood this girl up is beyond me...they should all be ahsmed of themselves!!! . I got my wine, cheese, and chocolates home safely (and the mail order forms as well so I need never run out) - didnt snack on the plane home..but will be definately looking for someone special to sample them with..... . I was there to spend some time with a fantastic lady who the majority of the state seem to avoid and I dont know why she is awesome....I will be back Tasmania and this time I am pretty sure we will get to Hobart...lol . Its a huge shame that the people from Launceston who posted on another thread didnt get to drinks night - oh well people your loss , Kisses Focus

I have seen yoour basic little black dress.....not much to it. That, a tiny scrap of lace that covers nothing, a pair of heels and you are good to go. l Road Trip Roxxy? Around Tassie? We are thinking summer. As much as I love the cold and can ski.....Focus will die in a Tassie winter.
