The dayuse website is pretty good for that. I've used it quite a bit over the years and you can choose certain time windows.

Try the app/website 'DayUse'
They list places with rates during the day.
Not cheap these days, as with everything else, prices have increased lots.

I've used Novotel next DFO near airport 9am checkin 4pm checkout was about $160
Also Holiday Inn Express Wharft St CBD 10am checkin 4pm checkout was about $98 plus $25 for parking

Dayuse used to be great, but have almost doubled in price.
