I was trying this on the weekend with a new couple and we hit some snags. I have done it successfully in the past though.
The female needs to ride the shorter guy or the one with the smaller penis. You also need to get a bit of elevation so he can move in and out. His legs need to stay together.
The taller guy comes from behind and as he is on his knees a bed is better, his knees either side of yours and the guy underneath's legs, it is also effective to raise one leg being the guy from behind.

Finding the right partners you trust is the first and best step.
DP is actually a tricky move, it doesn't always come about easily - and of course it depends on what DP you're aiming for.
Another position that's worked well when I've been involved is to have one guy sitting on a couch, or edge of bed, and have the girl sit on his cock facing away from him. I use grapeseed oil so when people say, lots of lube, that pot stuf is useless IMHO the oil you only need a bit and it last for ages and works so much better. I'd never again use the other kind, it kind of soaks in and in my experience with anal, guys have to keep stopping, grabbing the lube, using more, stop/start, really off putting for me, bit of a mood killer. Have any of you used oil instead? It is messy and nigh on impossible to wash out of sheets and doona's but if you prepare the playing surface, much easier. Interesting idea the grapeseed oil we may have to get adventurous in the kitchen ;)
We use a product called "SHUNGA" a Japanese lube, playing surface must be prepared and you mix 2 parts together to make the lube. It's kind of a dangerous slippery though and quite expensive but awesome for body sliding "Naru" massage and such.
