Ok, So I am going to go ahead and say it. As a paying member, and loyal member for over 5 years, under different Alias' mind you. Why do we put up with the constant crashes, outages, lag etc that occurs in the chat rooms. It doesn't matter which browser you are using, which operating system, what version of flash you have, there is no way to get around the lag. Surely, there are enough paying members that RHP can fork out some extra dosh for either upgrading their servers, or completely replacing the entire bloody suite. We pay a premium to access the Webcam chat area of this website. If RHP arent going to fix this problem, I think that the best way to avoid upgrading your service, is to make Webcam chat a free feature of RHP. It disappoints me to have to write this forum topic, my question to fellow RHP users: Do you feel that as a paying customer, you deserve better service? Regards, Agent.

If it were free a lot more would use it which would exacerbate the problem. The obvious conclusion from this is that perhaps they should charge more. Seriously though, using Flash for a chatroom is anachronistic. It's buggy as hell which I'm sure leads to the problems we all experience. I'm pretty sure there are far more stable solutions out there that don't rely on Flash (HTML5 anyone?) and hence work on iPads and iPhones. Just wish someone at RHP would take on this challenge.

If chat worked on iPhones and iPads. That would be interesting :) Yes RHP - more time investing in the technology, less time linking to facebook, please!

Yeah Triunity it may make the problem worse. But really...I cant even join a chat room at the moment, so it cant get much worse than this. Using another platform for the chat would be ideal. Second night in a row I cannot join chat, and there is less than 150 people in total in chat. Considering it is set up to handle 600 across the chatrooms, and that doesnt even include for example "Adult chat 1 - 2" etc. I would actually LOVE for a moderator to post on here, maybe to let everyone know what is happening with the chat, if there is anything in process to fix the issue?Please guys, tell your RHP friends to write something here, get alot more posts so this thread makes it to the top! Yep totally agree, its frustrating, buggy and super low quality - I can't believe anyone has patience to look at that ridiculously small pixellated lo res image - that is if they can get into the room anyway, about 50% of the time I get stuck on the never ending "connecting" icon. Grr!

especially when you're and on cam Agent . Though I am no longer a paying member as my wallet crashed earlier this year.....hmmm has RHP had a similar fate.

I was suprised that my post even made it into the forums, considering that every post it monitored. I can post about Anal, I can post about cumming on a chicks face, or pissing on somebody to fulfil their fantasy. But I cant post about how RHP should sought out their chat? It is total BS. I for one won't be renewing my membership! Might have to go to Adult Friend Finder :) Cheers, Agent.

and thinks its a shame that RHP are censoring posts which might be somewhat "overally critical" of them.Once upon a time, in the days before lag and american owners, the RHP moderators WOULD answer a question that was put to them in forum. I'm guessing that they now don't have the "time" or inclination to answer our questions.Brenniexxps - I give this topic another day before it gets locked
