Can men be more sensitive of the 2 sexes?

Many men can be sensitive, just as many women can be insensitive. I think a lot of the time it is how we communicate....or rather don't communicate that well that leaves us feeling the other sex just doesn't understand.

I would say both men and women can be sensitive. As a generalization I would say women about the things that make them such as appearance and age. Men are more sensitive are about what makes them a man e.g. masculinity, secual performance etc. In a relationship context as another generalization I think it is a two way street - both men and women can be sensitive. And this is usually derrived by failed expectations in regards to attention, connection, security and the individual in question. But then again these are just generalizations - everyone is different.

are very sensitive, but we convert hurt to anger and its cousins (contempt, indignation, bravado) virtually instantaneously, saving us the ignominy of showing emotions.
