  it means she's ok.. maybe charming...perhaps a little amusing....but not in 'i want to get to know' kinda way.... its more....'yea, yea, whatever, that was cute'....kinda thing...

  Has my view. I can call a puppy, kitten, a child, all cute. But a statement toward a woman there's a multitude of tones, cheeky smiles, that can change the meaning, the mood and my intention. For example calling a woman cute with a cheesy grin as opposed to a lingering look will mean different things.

  For me calling a woman cute would indicate I like what I see but I think there is more to meet the eye.   Cute idicates a level of interest.   She may also be quite diminutive in size which may lead to a cute comment as well.   Basically it means whatever the person saying it wants it to mean.
