Yes actually, to a degree depending on how much mess is around toi start with. As for if I would notice. Once again yes, but depending on what the guy is wanting it probably wouldnt bother him. If it was only sposed to be a one off, who cares. If it had possibility of becoming something then finding the house a big mess would make me think, do I really want that in a relationship. So depends on a few things

Miss bowpeek, you did well. Most guys wouldn't give a toss about these sorts of things, and it is usually the guys that just want another notch on the bet.You mention you find him intriguing, then why not make the best impression (Worst case scenario, you end up home alone, but at least the kitchen is clean)Should you decide to take him home, and he turns out to be a bit of a keeper, at least you have made a great impression.I personally look at these little things, as it tll's me a lot about the type of person they are, even if it is just at a party.Have fun girl!!!

Yeah I notice it. But I'm a bit of a clean freak It wouldn't be a relationship killer for me, but mess it is a pet hate of mine... Especially in the kitchen and bathroom. So yes, I do the pre-date clean up every time... lol.

I notice a place that is tidy, too tidy or "lived in"... me - I prefer a place that is "lived in" to tidy... if it's too tidy then it makes me wonder about things a bit. As for my place... yeah - I've not had ladies over, but I have tidied up on those nights I've been out and keep it fairly clean - heck my mum thinks it's ok too when she came to visit. So - yeah - if I went to a gal's place and it was a real mess - I'd be a tad concerned :-) Wayne

Yes, I 'd clean up a bit - but not my study. That has a method to its madness - so a quick clean of the places you might go or go through were you to be invited back.Would I care if her place was a bit messy? no. (and depending on where it sat on the spectrum from one night stand to possible-wife-&- mother-of-my-children would change how far out to the extremes I'd go - if I'm only there once, its not going to grate enough)Something too spotless, too Vogue living (though I may be impressed that you got the magazines to stack so neatly, except that one at a precise 30 degree twist) might set off alarm bells, ditto if it was absolute squalor.

My dishwasher (the REAL one... not the human kind), has been out of action for MONTHS. I've had other priorities to fix first so it's had to wait. The dishes have piled up... I've even had a couple of mice that have moved in to try and clean up after dinner. Yesterday I finally got the silly machine fixed. (thats actually a post in itself) And... guess what ? I've adapted to the mess, the rodents, buying new dishes rather than washing the ones I have, the finding the leftovers from last night's dinner ready to be consumed for breakfast, still on the plates from the night before. It's been very convenient ! My daughter even thinks the mice are "cute". So..guess what ? I have a dishwasher but still haven't cleaned the kitchen ! Seriously... is a guy NOT going to fuck me because my kitchen is dirty ??? I am yet to meet one ! Is a guy not going to fuck me a second time because the dishes are still there from when he last came ? I don't think so. But... if I use up all my energy on cleaning then I may not have any left for those mind-blowing fuck fests. I know what I prefer ! Hugs, Miss_Saturn

Cleaning up the place when expecting opposite member of the sex, is a sign of extreme interest. its a precaution that just in case things gets better at the dinner and may roll things into another, where before ya know it.. that person ends up in your house!or maybe you just dont want everyone to know how messy your place is :P

I can honestly boast that I keep my place in pristine condition, I can't stand untidyness or clutter. There wouldn't be dish to be seen as they would either be put away or in the dishwasher. I once took a lady home and she confided in me later that the house was so neat and tidy that she thought that I had a wife and I must be a cheating bastard while the good wife was away for a few days. (The downside of being tidy). Anyhow not all blokes are crap around the house, but you would think that if they were expecting to take a lady home they would make some effort. I have the theory that "untidy" people spend so much time trying to find lost or misplaced items in their clutter, they would be better off spending more time turning chaos into order. And finally missbowpeek, if you need a hand with the washing up or any other domestic duties, just give me a call, I would be happy to assist. LOL!

aawww shucks............ you guys are such sweeties !!!! lol Id find a guy much more intriguing if i could see that he had put in some sort of effert to make an impression. Really turns me off to walk into a disorganised messy unclean house. Sorta makes you want to have sex standing up !!! LOL Well i didnt show him my tidy piles of work on the table or my clean kitchen but we did enjoy 4 hours of non stop stimulation. Verbal that is hehehehe and you know what neither of us asked the "how long have you been on RHP/have you met many off RHP "question. If fact Im not sure either of us asked any questions...yet we covered everything from the new world order, conspiracy therory, the queen, childhood memories travel techno advancements religion, politics and money lol and a whole lot of other stuff. And the food was great. Maybe Ill get to find out if he keeps a tidy house !! LOL and NO pressure if your reading this LOL...........to show me or to tidy up ! Guess I'm lucky. I may have a messy house but my office with the new leather sofa and large desk, the bean bags in the "play room" with flat screen T.V... offers many possibilities. Guess if I really have a fussy guy then I have a back up plan! I have suggested once or twice that a guy may like to climb up to my balcony and straight into my bedroom. That way he'd not notice the mess downstairs. I keep my bedroom clean, the sheets are changed regularly, I've got a lovely ensuite and try and keep the mirror polished ready for some naughty play or photo taking. I must be doing something right... there's no mice in my bedroom ! Then again... I actually have NEVER had a man in my bedroom either !!! Oh dear... what am I doing wrong ??? xxx Miss Saturn

Just for you my sexy Ridge_Forester (that smile does it to me every time). Here is the dishwasher story: The door bell rang and I pulled my silver satin robe tightly around my me. My long wet hair was still dripping down my chest, the drips cascading down my clevage and across my breasts leaving a wet inviting trail on my robe. "Come in, it's this way", I said. He was young...maybe 32, tall and muscular with short cropped hair and a cheeky grin. "Forgive the mess, it's been awhile", I said. "No probs, I understand" he responded, his eyes noticing the trickle of water running down my chest. "Hi, My names Saturn", thanks for coming so quickly, "Pleasure, I'm Ridge" he said. "What seems to be the problem", he asked. "I just cant seem to get the job done"... "mmm..you mean the dishwasher can't or you can't". "ohhhh, mmm, oops the dishwasher, it just starts and doesn't stop, it keeps going and going". "oh..let me take a look", he said. He knelt on the floor and opened his tool box. I couldn't help but notice his pecs and the slight beads of sweat on his neck. I knelt down beside him and asked him if he needed a hand. "Mmm..no, it's alright, I can do it" he said. "Perhaps you want to go get dressed ?". "Oh, that's all right, this is more fun than dressing". He started to blush and turned to face the dishwasher. I bent closer, pretending to be interested in what he was doing. I could smell his scent and felt myself becoming slightly wet. "Oh...I'm sorry", I said, "I will leave you alone and let you do whatever you want but is it okay if I watch?" ...... End of Part 1... would you like more ? i have a motercycle in pieces in my spare room and a moter rebuild in progress in the lounge room.i have enough dishes to only need to do them once a week and thinkin bout getting a cat for the mice.wanna be a bloody big one as the sounds in the ceiling sound huge. the cobwebs double as xmasdecorations but the spiders keep the bugs down. very green i think.don't get laid very often but hey, lifes comfortable. my landlords were VERY glad i bought my own pad.ahahahahahahaahhaa, Earl.
