Budgy smugglers yay or nay?

I have always wore shorts when swimming, footy shorts, board shorts sports shorts etc but most of the younger guys in my training group atm are wearing speedos as a fashion statement and there is a bit of banter starting to develop in the group. I attended a summer themed party once with a fwb where we went as a Baywatch cpl and I dressed in speedos but I think that is the only time I have wore them. So long story short budgy smugglers as fashion statement yay or nay?

If yr swimming ...theres way less drag in speedos compared to shorts type ware

They never went out of fashion as far as lm concerned.. l just dont get why guys feel they need to choose.. Speedos are sensible but like all things, having the right body shape helps. Ive seen bodies l wish l never seen that cant be unseen... Then ' you should wear boardshorts.... Apart from that... budgie smugllers all the way....
