One month ago I thought Breath play meant blowing you breath on each other. Many profiles have it listed on there fetish list. A resent new lady set me straight. He felt no pain or pressure and I was being careful to not squeeze his air way as this can be painful and dangerous,This has totally freacked me out and sit here terrified of my dom side and darker thoughts that belong only in nightmares.My friend is fine.Why post this? Therapy. I went from power hungry Dom to desperate loving nurse. From sexual hungry lust to horrific nightmare. I want to know what you people think? This is a big deal for me and I am having problems dealing with it. The stop word or tap does not work if you go to far. I can not return to my dom side, I will now refuse to play my sub side. THank you so much for posting this. This is sooooo dangerous IF you don't know what you're doing. As a sub i would never let anyone do this to me unless they were a VERY experienced Dom, unless they really knew their stuff. This is not something you just play with. Experienced Doms/Dommes should only be administering this kind of "fire". Glad everything is OK.

If your friend had a seizure and doesn't remember anything, and hs no history of epillepsy or similar,, and even if he does, he needs to go to a Dr straight away and get checked out. Sure, he's fine now and doesn't remember, but seizures are an indicator there is something not right with that person.I have breath play listed because I'm partial to face-sitting (which is definitely breath play) and I love gas masks and having my air supply restricted that way. It's safer than having anything around the neck, and watching someone sink into not being able to breath and then pushing past into the next second and watching their eyes open wide in panic and then letting air back through the tube is extremely fucking sexy. After some research today I discovered that a seizure can occur due to lack of oxygen to the brain. There is also a risk of heart attack because the nerve that controls the heart rate is located next to one of the jugular veins. Pressing on this nerve will significantly reduce the heart rate and eventually lead to heart failure. I would personally advice nobody to try this method as it is EXTREMELY dangerous. I was very surprised at how little time it took to lose consciousness and have the seizure. 22 Seconds. Also he was completely unaware what I was doing he just thought I was holding his neck and the amount of pressure I applied was very low. I will also say that the seizure will not always occur, in fact it is uncommon side effect. If he did not have the fit I was ready to count to 60 by then he could have had permanent brain damage or worse dead. The other method of blocking air flow is a little safer as you are not stopping the flow of blood to the brain and the level of oxygen in the brain drops gradually rather then the almost instant stop from squeezing the jugulars. Thus you have better control. But again KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING and NEVER DO IT ALONE!!!!I will never do it again. Is not one of the phrases I would use when talking about breath play. miss sarah and I have played with breath pplay for sometime now and by that I mean years not days or months. I dont take drugs, nor do I drink, so that takes away a HUGE zone of error. The play itself, is HOT!! but OMG, dangerous, even from my perspective, and I have done it a lot. Knives and blood sports are HOT and FUN too.... in a very scarey manner, but just as dangerous. There are a lot of HOT but extremely dangerous play games, but remeber that any drugs will inhibit your reasoning and response time. SO proceed with CAUTION!!! DAMN!!! Not long ago I entered into a war of words with a young lady who had done a couple of choke holds with some so called martial arts "expert". I was unable to convince her that she had been lucky as she was under the impression that because nothing bad happened to her she was fine to do it again. I hope she reads your post Blindman67 and realises that this kind of play is dangerous and not worth the risk.Breath play that involves holding your hand over their mouth and pinching their nose has it's risks but is unlikely to cause death or permanent debilitation. And with this type of play you can monitor your submissive easier.Now that you have discovered there is a responsibility that comes with being a Dom I doubt you will do the same thing again.
