I am interested in knowing the answer to these questions too! I am considering either a lift or implants in the future as I have gone through massive boob weight loss (12E to 10A) in the last few years and I now look like I've had a couple of kids hanging off them even though Ive never had children lol I'm more interested in perkiness than size and would only want a nice B cup. Taby xx

they always look fake or most of the time do. Having said that, I'd still.be considering it if I could afford it. Mine need to be restuffed and lifted 😛

Which left my daughter with horrific stomach and boobs injures .. She went to Thailand where the surgeon there worked wonders. She had both her belly and boobs done at the one time and has now regained her confidence. Don't believe all the hype about Thailand, apart from my daughter , I know other people who also went there who all praise the professional skill of the surgeons and the quality of care at the hospitals.. Obviously there would be surgeons to avoid just as there is here in Australia. Btw , the surgery that caused her problems in the first place was here in Oz.. My opinion about plastic surgery has always been positive .. I'm a big believer if there's something you don't like about yourself .. Fix it ? You're only here for a short time...

not that there is a reason needed to be given but mrs b got her boobs lifted and slightly larger due to having kids at a young age ,she never got to enjoy what she would say a period of young perky boobs ,after breast feeding the just went empty and down south ,our requirement for the surgeon was not to look big and fake but to leave people wondering are they or aren't they real ,a job that was successful ,cos 9 out of 10 people dont pick them even after playing with them , its only other people who have got fakes that know what they are looking for ,our biggest tool was joining an australian forum called cosmetic surgery forum ,google it ,most helpful bunch of ladies always helping each other out ,with information and the own situations and findings , pkd with a lift they reposition the nipples ,in the correct position , or you can discuss the positioning with the surgeon the scarring around the nipple is not noticeable after a small amount of time ,but under the boob there is a slight scar that cant be avoided ,but its under the boob so its only slightly visible if she is on her back and you are looking up ,no feeling or sesatzivety was lost with mrs b and that was a concern to her , we think maybe she has more now than she did tbh ,it took me a year to get used to the new ones ,they just felt wierd ,i liked her old ones ,but after a year like the surgeon said they have softened up amazingly and i love them now ,that and the fact mrs b has gone from shy and never taking off her top to being the bloody fastest lady in the room at ripping it off and dancing topless on the dance floor , mrs b loves them and owns them, there is no denying they are fake and trying to pass them off as real ,,she just laughs and says they are shop bought boobies and she is damn proud of them , and always willing to help anyone else who wants info ,and an informed point of view through her experience for anyone else if you have questions that you would like our experience to try to help you with just send us a pm , or ask on this thread ,if it helps one person then thats a good day at the office ,lol mr b

I'm lucky (only with my boobs lol) that gravity has not impacted on them ... age and babies etc have ravaged all other parts of my body lol. It's only since being in the swinging scene that I have really begun to appreciate my boobies though ... I love it when people say ' I love your boobs, you have great boobs etc ... ' I may never see them that way lol but I appreciate the compliments. I have to say that I've seen some breast implants that look awesome and others that don't HOWEVER I look At more than that and know that people have a personal reason for making the choice to have implants, and I applaud that :) our reasons may be psychological or emotional but ultimately (and hopefully) the choice provides someone with confidence and improves their self esteem :) I chose to have a tummy tuck, it took us 10 years to save the money, even then I was fraught with mummy guilt about taking that money away from the family budget. Some people thought I was vain whilst others understand, but I have a scar that goes from hip to hip ... can't be that vain now can it ;) I always looked at my body and I never liked what I saw. For over 10 years I worked hard in PT, gym, walking etc ... I lost 18 kilos ... but that loose skin and fat tummy wasn't going anywhere!!!! Never once did I feel unsexy with my hubby or in the swinging scene ... but I felt uncomfortable in my own skin. i took the plunge and even the bad arse scar doesn't bother me ... it may bother others and I'm always sensitive to that ... I often wear crotchless knickers that cover the scar lol. In saying that though ... not EVER has any been deterred from the scar. OP, just do your research, expect the surgeon to provide examples of their work, also take pics of the sort of boobies you are after ... good luck and the very best xx Mary xx

Wouldn't you loose sensitivity by repositioning the nipples? Are they cut and moved? Or is the skin around them cut and the nipple pulled into its new position? Thanks to all the replies so far.

A couple of friends of mine had enlargements and went to Singapore to have them done. This was about a decade ago so may have changed but at that time it was less expensive there, even with airfares and hotel stays included, and the surgeons were world-class. Both these friends are in the medical fraternity so they knew how to research it all properly. They love the results and rave about them to this day.

I'd never have major surgery just because I wasn't 100% happy with my boobs. Simply because they don't "sit right". There are huge risks, plus I prefer natural over fake ANY day. Self acceptance and self confidence is a beautiful trait, and far more attractive than anything a surgeons scalpel could do. Having surgery because you don't have the body that the media and society dictates you should have, is nuts! If you took away all those influences (media etc) you wouldn't have any problems with how you look. You are not disfigured or deformed or scarred. My vote goes to putting more positive energy into loving your boobs exactly as they are! 💕 - Posted from rhpmobile

It's not all about looks , there is lots more to it than that ,an insight for you ,for ten years I watched my poor wife try on and hate every bra known to man ,every night she would come home and rip the thing off Swearing at it ,never being comfortable in it ,but then also getting uncomftble without one an hour later ,her frame and had happened to her boobs just didn't fit any bra properly , yes she had professionalHelp with fittings ,still no joy ,now after her boon job everything fits just like it should and loves all her day to day bras to the point where she sleeps in them or a crop top ,rarely except on certain occasions does she even want to go braless , I'm so happy to see her happy and comfortable at the end of every day ,and that's the main thing ,the rest is just an extra bonus - Posted from rhpmobile

Boobs or bust Wife will not buy any bra except the playboy range. Complains the others don't sit right etc. Last shop cost me over $350 for 3 bras with matchibg gstrings. Then we have probkems finding 12 DD or E as the range are more focused on the smaller cup sizes. When i tell her to look at the cheap best and less bras, she near bites my head off. I have had two previous partners that had boob jobs, and i dont think that gave them anymore confident just gave them more insecurity. Tho with another she got them done then shortly after broke it off with me lol, so totally opposite With other partners and friends that have wanted to get it done. I have asked why, and they have said that it will make them feel beautiful. And i have always said you are beautiful. Only do it to make yourself more beautiful. Do it for you, you not for others. If you do it to make others happy you will wont be happy. With the sensitivity side of it, one would think that if the nipple is removed and reattached there wouldnt be as much sensation. I have two finger tips cut off and sewed back on and only ever recovered half the sensation. I shattered my knee cap when i was 12 and never recovered feeling in most of it tho a lot in one part and a lot less feeling that leg then the other. Yes they're Aussie made boobs. In fact she's had two sets. Look close and you might pick the differences. Not a chance we would consider this or any major provedure overseas.. The first set were saline size D and lasted about 5 years and then one leaked and deflated. This is completely safe for saline. Then as a warranty procedure the surgeon replaced these with silicon gel DD's. The out of pocket expenses for this warranty work was minimal with private health insurance. If you read my post you'll see that I said one leaked. Not two. Every implant, regardless of brand, is susceptible to rupture. The surgeon told us that the chance of rupture for the saline increases one percent per year. In the case of any concern you would want to have access to your surgeon to get a check-up. Concerns do come up - lumps, lack of feeling in the nipples, pain management post-op, infection, back pain, yearly checkups, etc. Our Surgeon has been fantastic. We have our surgeon's mobile phone number and he's fantastic and is easy to access. Would you service your car overseas or call in an international builder to build your home? Our long term health and peace of mind was higher priority than saving a few grand. - Posted from rhpmobile

l am not one to post on here because A)I don't have much to say and B) I don't have the time. You are truely misinformed if you think people travel overseas to "save a few grand" That may be the case for some but don't assume everyone puts a price on their health. l can tell you in my experience both personally and in my work that there women out there with "Aussie made" breast augmentation that have had issues-from some of our top surgeons here. Unless you have had surgery overseas or have worked there you really have no idea. Your personal opinion is your own but you are misinformed. By the way it is very rare that saline implants are used these days they are considered old technology-anyway l won't start a whole debate on that. To the original poster- l had a lift and augmentation- best decision ever. Whether you get it done here or overseas do your research and don't assume that "Aussie made" is always best. Ginger's new bewbs are Silicone and they do feel better and look more natural than the saline. Seven years ago she wasn't ready to take the plunge with silicone however recent advances with non-leaking silicone gel gave us comfort these were the right choice this time. Saline boobs are firmer and pop out more, like the classic porn star or stripper look. The silicone do look and feel very nice. - Posted from rhpmobile
