Breast implants

This has probably been posted before - but! I would like some opinions on breast implants! Although I do prefer ala natural in things I have for years thought about getting breast implants! I don't want over the top massive hooters, just abit more! Anyone out there had a breast implant, the do's n don'ts to breast implants. And of cause was it worth it?

A friend of mine got some really nice ones, they feel almost entirely natural and look fabulous. Actually she is pretty fabulous all over. I think they have improved a lot from the days where they felt like two half filled water balloons! She was pretty careful about who she went to, I think that would be the key.
