Im scheduled for major surgery in March .....so my goal - or to be honest what Ive been told to do is to get my bod moving but my foccussed on my next challenge Accordingly at present Im swiming every day, and wakling..endless bloody walking with the dog - up and down the beach, but Im nailing a great tan..and feeling very relaxed. .With theguidance of a dietitian Ive changed my diet - not too much as Ive always eaten pretty healthy but am incorporating more seafood veg and fruit in my diet, learning to embrace water which I do loathe, only good water is with like bourbon in it !!! but more importantly Ive resdiscovered the art of meditation - which I knew so well once but have neglected for so long.... Silent prayer is what is helping me at present..it is nourishing my mind and my soul As for sex ...meh...ok - Ill be honest..Im doing ok there....and interestingly enough..I think Ive just met someone, who is about to rock my world...... but health first.... all the best for your transformation xxx

Wake up...have a smoke...get a coffee...have a smoke...eat breakfast and with your 2nd coffee, have a smoke....morning tea should consist of an iced coffee and custard tart, and yep you guessed it. Another smoke...lunch should be something deep fried and dipped in chocolate, followed by a smoke...ahhh you get the idea....smokes are a food group :p

Wake up ,sprinkle Acai on your cereal ,do a 30 minute high intensity workout. Once your mind is realising you can push your body ,this will put you in the right frame of mind.Acai is the highest form of Iron ,its a super food. get into it ,you will have energy to burn

12 weeks is a long time , but in the end it will be well worth it.. Ever since my footballing days, I've never been one to carry much weight mainly because I exercise almost daily. Agree with the fruit and vegie bit, very important. Im a believer if your serious about weight loss cut out sugar and salt completely.. I know some will say you need a lil of both , but you will always find plenty of both from the foods we buy at the supermarkets.. Last' but not least...WATER... drink plenty of water everyday.. and you will find some of the old tingling sensations you once had, will start to come back when the weight falls away.. We have tried the raw diet over the past few years which really makes a difference. It works well in the summer months and the diet basically consists of uncooked foods like salad's, sashimi and smoked meats. There are a lot of raw cookbook's out there to help with idea's, including raw cake & desserts. The results are really amazing, especially when combined with regular excercise and reduced alcohol. Try it, you will glow

We have little time for reading the newspaper or watching the news, most of it is negative and not worth taking in. If the world is going to end, rest assured someone will tell you about it :) Better to read something that you can learn from or to entertain your creative imagination. Yoga is the perfect activity to strengthen the body and mind. Group exercise classes can help keep you motivated, like Body Pump for strength & tone and a spin class for Cardio. Choose a combination that works for you and stick to a regime. Fitness is very good for mind, keeps it sharp.

back playing touch footy in the pool doin at least 1k aday an soon footy training starts whether il play is yet to b determined lol but feel fit enuf for a game or 3

I am at week 10 of 12 but am going to continue even after the 12 weeks! 6 classes a week at the gym,weights and zumba and what it has done for the sex life is amazing!! Much more stamina.....Very flexible.....buns of steel......more confidence.....then of course great sex leads to great orgasms and thats gotta be good for the mind ;pp
