  Join fetlife.com. It's a kink social media platform that works just like face book. Go to your local Queensland events and you'll find a plethora of rope events and workshops. There's a huge rope community in the South East corner just waiting for you. KC72

  Urban Fetish run intro to rope nights on a regular basis which will give you a good start. Only $10 door charge to get in. I have been to one of these and it was great value. Red Rigger and EvilgirlsHQ also run training. They are more expensive, but will also cover much more.
