Average .....

I have been doing some research !! Seems the term average appears to be used in a lot of profiles - body type primarily But it got me thinking... Is it how you describe yourself or how others might describe you ? There seems to be quite a diffeence in how people view themselves compared to others (maybe) The word "average" is quite vague with a broad variety Maybe it's just me ?

...is to have a look around in the shopping mall at the other people in your age group. If there are roughly as many who are heavier than you as there are who are thinner, you're about average.
