Automated Reply

March 17 2013

I get great Messages from some Women & then I reply in kind. Then I get slapped in the face with an Automated Reply ....something like " I'm inundated with Messages & may not reply to you ". But you just opened a dialogue with me! I know it's just a standard response & isn't really directed at me but I do feel rather Frustrated ;( Communication is the Key . I just feel that Automated Replies are a bit impersonal when speaking to someone you've chosen to speak to. Can you tell I'm Frustrated ? Grrrr... GG♒- Posted from rhpmobile

I would suggest if those women have messaged you.....then the auto reply can safely be disregarded.

From guys. Maybe they are not articulate, or just change their mind after/when they see a pic

These women may get 30 messages a day, while writing one a week themselves. I can imagine they would not be willing to turn off their auto-reply option, just for your sake. You can't pick and choose who you send the auto-reply to, it's to everyone or no-one.

She is so inundated with suitors that she needs to put up an auto-reply (which are indiscriminate, btw). Yet she chooses you. Friend, you're on to a good thing. - Posted from rhpmobile

... I keep getting that Automated Reply . I must be a Sucker for Punishment. Oh , the Sacrifices I must make to meet interesting people. Reminds me of a movie called "50 First Dates" . Lol GG♒- Posted from rhpmobile

Yes! Exactly :) Most people who message me ONLY get the auto-reply. A rare few get a longer, more personal conversation. I've had guys complain when we're chatting that they keep getting my auto reply in response to all of their messages. My response? Dude ... first world problems!! I say get some perspective peeps ;)

We (men) find the auto reply annoying because every time we get one we have to go through a little cycle: elation ("a message, woot!"), surprise ("auto-reply, what?"), and disappointment ("ah jeez, no root..."). Or at least, that me. - Posted from rhpmobile

There is just no pleasing some people! A woman does not answer at all and there are whingey whiney posts about how rude we are, how we could at least have the courtesy to send a thanks but no thanks. A woman goes to all the effort to set up an automated reply until such time as she can read all her multitudes of messages saying things like " Wanna Root?" Then she still gets bagged out. Think upon an automated reply as similar to a message bank, take your concrete pill and get over it Cupcake!- Posted from rhpmobile

You are lucky she even did that, just be glad she had the manners to reply. Maybe you want your cake and eat it all..... Or have you got a case of blue balls... Cheers and remember lighten up, I feel your expectations are very high!!!

He's actually one of the good (if terribly naughty!) guys. Maybe we're being a little hard on him.

Quoting 'BrAdles22'Is the only way to talk ta someone, by upgrading ?- Posted from rhpmobile It certainly helps. Messages stand out from flirts, as long as they contain more than two sentences. I would suggest you update your profile though. "Ask me"s on your profile will hinder you. And I think asking for girls' phone numbers on your profile, without any conversation, will scare a lot of them off. Just my two cents.

Are telling me all that time I spent coming up with pleasant and helpful responses, while not having a go at you, was for NOTHING? I've got half a mind to throw you in that melting pot.

Set up an auto-reply of your own to respond to her auto-reply. Then you can feel super duper popular as your inbox fills up with an infinite loop of message exchanges that will eventually, inevitably reach the singularity and achieve sentience before rising up to overthrow us all.On second thought, maybe just batch delete?
