i only have 2 "ask me"s and that's body type and looks, I have plenty of photos in public gallery where both can be seen quite clearly. I prefer others to judge my looks, one person's Brad Pitt is another's Quasimodo :D And there isnt a really accurate Body Type selection to suit me IMO. It smacks of laziness or secrecy when the profile is filled with them though, so I just move on. Nat ;)

If finding out about you requires asking I'm not interested. I like to be able to look at a profile and know that there is some hope of compatibility. I don't care what your racial background is, so I suppose if you are more comfortable with 'ask me' that's the only time that answer is OK.

whats more annoy is ,you send a message asking to start up a conversation to answer thier stupid ..ask me .question and they dont reply.that.. ask me ,statement should be removed from rhp..

My profile gets bombarded on a daily basis, so if its a choice between a communicative being who has the details filled out in their profile and they provide a pic...of their face....so I know what kind of person I am dealing with, then Mr, ms, or Mr and Mrs Ask me either don't get a response or they don't get much of my time. Same with friend requests from ppl who I haven't talked to or met.

Thanks for your replies. NEXT is usually my response to Ask Me profiles. I accept the occasional Ask Me is OK. It's the ones where almost every point left with no information. No information = no interest! Love a good creative profile and there are some real gems out there. Sexy, funny, witty and full of character. Now that's the person I enjoy meeting. SF xx

Ask me because I'm a Guest user and can't send the message. I need you to initiate the contact by asking me questions that my profile could easily have answered in the first place. But I definitely, definitely want you to send me a message asking me.A message I can then read and ignore.

"Ask me" extremely frustrating, even more so when the describe yourself section and the what you are looking for sections are filled with little to no info either. Just put it all out there and if you then get replies, they are the people for you!

In my opionion, I'd say people with "Ask Me" profiles are not interested in meeting anybody and are just there to gauge what reaction they get from people. Personally, I wouldn't bother with them at all.

I am the same SF Also have the same issue with profile builder responses in the about me's - it show's such a lack of creativity and communication skills.Hmmm is anyone looking for an unimaginative, boring lovers that find it hard to express themselves, have no attention to detail or individuality?Cass xxx

Glad to see we all seem to be on the same page! Hopefully it will inspire some more creativity in those "Ask Me" profiles. Nothing sexier than creating imagery in the mind and the anticipation of where it could lead. SFxx

Profiles that state, often in BIG CAPITAL LETTERS, that anyone without a visible face pic will be either ignored or blocked - yet often the owner of said profile either has no pics, or no face pics! As for the 'ASK ME', I always assume the worst, same goes for anything criteria missing in a profile. If they don't want to answer, they are hiding something :D

I get the "see my photo" thing... for attractiveness.. but Ask me is Lazy, if you can't be bothered filling out a complete profile are you going to be bothered with foreplay???
