Little RedEngine refers to this place as the bakery, and I think that is a fantastic analogy. Some are half baked,some overcooked,some oh soooo delicious,...tarts,souffles,raisin bread,sausage rolls,both big and small ,the overly sweet,the slightly sour,the ones you should never indulge in cos they will make you puke. But then there are the ones that make you smile with every bite,nourishing,can't get enough,leave you wanting more. The Bakery caters to all tastes,and that is what makes it such a must to shop in. So I will have two sausage rolls,and a cream eclair,to eat here.yum,yum,x Hugs H

I am at home! Sitting here, in my perfect lounge room, in front of my perfect fire, with my perfect children asleep in thier perfect beds and my perfect partner sitting next to me doing naughty things to try and distract me. Well we are defiantly here for the Adult dating. Happy to contribute to any post that has anything to do with swinging couples or singles seeking couples. Not necessarily fetishes but its nice when you get a topic that covers what people like or are looking for in more detail. Descriptions of what people seek is always very general on a profile.Tim

So, CM, I take it you're not a fan of Poe either. He had quite a vivid imagination which created stories that became great movies but his writing style seemed somewhat pretentious and overbearing to me. I remember reading a compilation of his stories once and commented at the time that he was long winded. I was with my first wife at the time and she asked to have a look. The section I was reading was where Poe described, for almost two pages, the eyes of his 'hero's' lady love, describing them as magnificent orbs. My wife read quietly, passed the book back to me and said, "He sure goes on about her tits, doesn't he?"

Firstly great topic Jensman in light of recent events.... I love the forums and go through withdrawals if i've missed my daily fix but am finding more and more that alot of members are slinging alot of shit at people directly. Whats with cutting someone down for their view, morals, ethics or opinion? I get that we are passionate about what we believe in or if we feel that 'our type' its being judged, but is it really that necessary to hurt others for the sake of getting your own opinion across. I definitely think some should lighten up and deal with what ever issue it is their dealing with, probably somewhere else OR at least dont judge others for having their own view. Maybe take something from it (as i did from the poking fun at smokers thread - and as a smoker i was not too impressed with some views and generalisation) but i did stop and think. Surely as adults a discussion/debate can be had without personal attacks on other people.

Lets face it, people log onto RHP for various reasons, and guess what, all those reasons are valid. And some of those people venture into the forums - go figure. There are some here who will disagree with whatever someone says, especially if that person has disagreed with them in the past. There are others who will use the forums as a cheap way of getting noticed, hey is saves on buying membership. And there are others who use the forums to feel a sense of superiority, they use big words, they try (oh how they try) to sound smart but most here can see thru it.I don't think people are in the wrong place, nor are they adopting the guise of the moral police - they are just antagonistic pricks who like seeing their name on the screen with the knowledge they pissed someone off. It is the way they get their kicks, it strokes their egos and makes them feel all important.The forums use to be fun, you could comment on any thread and if someone didn't agree with you, they stated their objection in a harmless way. Now, hell I am waiting for the threat of legal action from some here. But then for them, this is probably their only social contact - so sad.

Personally, I love the variation in the forums, in whatever guise that happens to take across the spectrum of topics and opinion. They are all just ingredients that go to make up the Red Hot Pie.If we all thought the same, responded the same, looked the same, played the same or wrote the same, the forums would be more akin to a babbling brook than Niagra Falls...And while both are beautiful in their own right, it would be the Falls that offer thundering excitement; let's face it, most of sign up to an adult site this this for excitement (in all its wondrous forms).Reading and participating in the forums is a matter of choice. If a thread loses my interest, I just stop reading. If I have nothing to say, then my fingers leave the keyboard alone and find something else to play with. Those are my choices.

I agree with some of the less ubiquitous vocalities on the forums....if it is just going to be the same old *yawn* boring profiles saying the same old *unsurprising* comments, why not use the time planning a holiday or volunteering with less gorgeous souls, reading a book? yeah yeah, every one has one - how boring if we all thought the same - there would be no need for profiles would there? I have gained much from the forums and while I will self proclaim to being at the 'vanilla' or sedate end of the scale compared to many here, I am grateful for what I have learned and experienced from those on this site and those that participate in these forums (and I really miss some of the regulars who gave far more than they took).I would of liked to have been a member in the times that you talk of... it almost sounds like ... adult .. conversation!
