No.
However there is a “resort” between Palm Cove & Port Douglas, that a few times a year becomes RHP “passion in paradise “

That’s really disappointing… it would be an amazing experience to spend an entire week at one of the resorts in the US

This is a missed opportunity, I know population wise we probably couldn't sustain a big luxury resort but if it were done right the international tourists would come specifically.
I imagine it's something to do with the law/zoning maybe?

I would recommend the event that Flirty2020 mentioned. Passion in Paradise.
I haven’t looked into it but I believe some of the cruise ships host gatherings although I expect most are probably just little weekend jaunts.Flirty2020

And what we forgot to add, about “Turtle Cove” is that it’s rather run down - think 70’s style “motel” and way overpriced
