All at sea.

Ever had one of those days (in this case 6 months) that you wish you really didn't have? Avid readers of the adventures of Cap'n No Beard may recall that some time ago, the Captain was discovered (disgracefully drunk) in a certain establishment in Sydney. Upon his request, I flew down to help crew the "Amorous Porpoise" back to home port in Qld, but during a night of inevitable drunken debauchery, I fell overboard. Unnoticed, and despite my cries, I was left at sea with only a remora called Jess for company. Now, don't get me wrong, Jess was wonderful company as we floated along. She was a wonderful conversationalist and kept me warm at night by living in my pants, but she was a little "clingy" if you know what I mean. One calm afternoon I was innocently chatting to a jellyfish, to which Jess took offense to, and I got the cold shoulder treatment for the next 3 days! Fish can be such moody creatures at times! Anyway, we ended up parting company after 4 months or so. She took off with grey nurse shark off Coffs Harbor so I guess her attachment to me was perhaps superficial after-all, and the whole experience left me feeling a little drained. I finally floated into Yamba where I hitched a ride back to Brisbane with a traveling stereo salesman called "Bob" (not sure if that was his real name however). Upon arriving home I found the usual mess (the Captain had thrown numerous parties in my absence) and there were loads of unpaid bills which I had to clear up. The Captain had gone off somewhere on another voyage but he left a note and a scoresheet, mentioning a quest and some "bottles of plonk" that had to be sent off to carious unnamed persons on this site. Bloody typical of him! Subsequently, I shall endeavor to make sense of his piraty scribbling and sort this out although any assistance would be welcome. PS. Jess, if you are reading this... you suck! Why would you trust a remora called Jess?,.of course she will be clingy,sick the life out of you Obi,but it's good to see that you survived your adventure..welcome back 😚xxFreya

As I can't find the rascally Captain's previous thread, things are a bit confused regarding the Captain's total Quest scores, but it would appear that Cap'n No Beard's old rival, Cap'n SG4U of the "Saucy Sausage", won first prize so he gets the bottle of Dom. The minor places are just scribble interposed with silly pictures. Still working on it though. Obi1 PS. Shells and Freya, good to see you are still here!

Welcome back... I was just thinking about you the other day and wondering what adventures you might be having, and if the Cap'n was behaving himself. Clearly he hasn't :/ I'm glad you survived your 'over boarding', and I think you're much better off without Jess... she's just not worth it :) And as Freya said, those Remora woman just suck the life out you.

Captain No Beard's Quest thread has appeared again! Thank you mysterious Mods! That will make it easier to finalize the results! (... Perhaps?....) I have got hold of SG4U re his pending addition to his Dom collection (he was surprised but pleased that the honour if the Pirates Code has been upheld). The other winners will be messaged as soon as I work it out (but NO, Mardo, you didn't get anything). Obi1

So it was you that bumped it Shells, (not the mods). I didn't know one could do that but then again, I'm a twit when it comes to tech. Thank you for that! 😊 ANYWAY..... Here are the results of the last Quest: Overall Winner: SG4U Runners up are: (F): Unicorn99 (M): Blindman (TV): Kindredkohl The Couples section was a tie between The3soms and Inbetweeners but I am not sure either couple are still active. So whichever couple posts 1st (within 7 days from now) will get the prize. If either couple does not pist then Girra2014 shall be declared the winner of the Couples section. Look for the messages people and I will get this plonk out to you. Obi1
