Air BnB play with the host?

So after starting to plan a night away next month we have decided to give air bnb a look into as we have always stayed in hotels.
Whilst browsing through the listings on the website we couldn't help but to wonder how many air bnb owners out there are curious as to what couples etc get upto whilst staying in there accommodation and how many have actually been asked to join a couple for play or somehow ended up playing with there guests?

I (male) years ago jumped onto AirBnb, as my Syd, CBD apartment has plenty of room. With no reviews, it took months to even get a booking - until an amazing girl from Southern France took a chance after a week of emailing back / forth.
I showed her Sydney. We shared some meals. She also did her own thing. On Day 4, too many wines were had, and she asked me to share her (well my) bedroom. It was fantastic. I was being paid for this! After her positive review, they flooded in from females as the Frenchy had clearly given the "safe / fun" tick of approval.
Quite a few fun "bookings" were had (never with a couple per your post) until my building clamped down / got rid of AirBnb.

I'm pretty sure the owners of my AirBnB in Adelaide kinda had a suspicion.
However they did give me an awesome review. 😁

We have an Airbnb in Southbank. Not shared, guests have the apartment to themselves, but we live in the building in another apartment. We have had a butt plug with a tail left behind, plenty of couples have been busted having sex in the jacuzzi in the building - Concierge regularly complains to us, and had some real hotties stay that we wish invited us over for some fun!

I would be way too scared to make a move as a guest or a host. Sounds like a good way to get banned from Airbnb for sexual harrassment (I protect my Airbnb account at all costs because you can only have one per lifetime). Especially as a host I'd worry people may feel pressured because it's my place. It would make a hot role play fantasy for sure, I've even seen a reality porn series about a horny couple with an Airbnb (called Superhost). But some fantasies are best not turned into a reality.

When I lived in Melbourne for a short while I did a “romantic”trip to an air BnB in the Yarra Valley. It was on a little farm with its own pool away from any others. I am sure the hosts know exactly what guests get up to there 😇.
I do know a woman that went on her backpacking adventure after university to Europe and ended up marrying her couch surfing host in Italy.

We have hosted a couple of small parties (15 couples) In serviced townhouses which come with their own challenges - especially reception.
We would love to find an open minded Airbnb host who’s prepared to let a small group gather - knowing everyone is respectful, quiet (well relatively) and we leave the place spotless.

We stayed a couple of nights in an AirBnb by one of the beaches north of Maslins. Advertised as a house suitable for families and guests, it boasted a large private outdoor area, hot-tub, games area etc... The private and hot-tub bit had us sold and during the booking process we learnt it was owned and operated by a couple that also owned the small hotel on the corner. By the second night of our stay, we had decided we really liked it and were pondering why when we realised. It had been setup primarily for the purpose of entertaing groups of adults and adults only. We didnt bridge the topic but I'm willing to bet there are one or two here in the forums that are familiar with both place and owners. Great stay. :)

On that note, anyone know of an Air BnD in Queensland? Accommodation with equipment? We have heard of Noosa Edge Retreat.

We used to use one particular air b&b quite frequently.
...right up until getting a text message at about 1 in the morning.. asking if Mrs Island needed any panadol for her cough 😳

hi, seeing there is a market for bnb for adults, that is where i heading with my farm stay. There will be a red room with bondage bed. Farm have no noise restriction with neighbours 1km away, pretty much can scream your heart away. With the host whats going on, no worry about. hiding your intentions……
