I want to say R.I.P to all the people that take their lives today for fear of the the end of the world! My thoughts are with their family and friends! While this is a laughing matter to some...it is a terrifying thing for others! I am truly disappointed that RHP mods have let so many posts on this subject get through! It is bordering on the ridiculous!! xFunlovingx

My thoughts are with their family and friends! xFunlovingx I agree with the first half of your post. The phone calles coming in to NASA from people asking what the best time would be to kill their children and pets have been disturbing. Not to mention themselves. But I do think we are entitled to a few laughs. Horrific things happen for every reason imaginable. Taking everything on would rob people of finding relief in humour.

Hi In essence I agree with you but surely as history has stated previously , how many doomsday predictions have ever come true !!! Surely if you were seriously contemplating taking your life today based solely on a prediction made thousand of years ago you would take into consideration the fact that every other doomsday prediction has failed miserably and the chances of it all ending today are ??? Why take your life if you believe we are all going to die anyway. No one would survive the end, so it defies logic In the end, its their choice and if this what they truly believe or want to do then we are powerless to stop them.... If its meant to be , it will In the meantime let us all be nice to each other and to ourselves, just in case

For people who believe the earth will swallow everyone, while they're being burned alive, it may seem more humane to take a bunch of pills (or give them to others) before the horror unfolds. But I agree, people will do what they do, even if it defies logic to the rest of us. We will not be able to change their minds. Look at cult mass suicides. That's my opinion, feel free to disagree people.

Wow was sitting at the Old Coco Club near St Giles Square nursing a cold drink when he was joined by Steele and the Southern Brothers. The sun was setting and the square was filled with golden light. The whole summer had been a reflection of this hue and the premier side now sat on promises of fulfilled glories. Left to their own devices the mantle had finally been passed over and what was only a pipe dream years ago was now reality. In all forms of the game they had dominated and they now were enjoying the fruits of their labour. Modelling contracts, lavish parties and gorgeous woman were the spoils of war for us and the summer was shaping up for even greater things. “Lads, I want to toast to our success " I said whilst raising my beer. The gathering crowd had recognised had and rushed over, eager to hear what was being said. Soon the place was fuller than that fateful night and life had returned. At that exact moment Emperor Bellbo was walking past and decided to find out what the commotion was forgetting where she was. After that night she had sworn to herself that she would not visit there again but a Sunday afternoon walk to visit the Serra Vulvar and Mossimo Fountain in St Giles Square had distracted her. She entered the Old Coco Club and instantly began having flashbacks. The ambulance ride, the morgue, the terror but all this didn’t compare to the events that happened in the days following. The state funeral had seen thousands line the streets to bid farewell to the man lovingly known as the Candy. Flowers fell from the sky and children wept everywhere but amongst the colourful display of affection there were two men locked in a doctor’s office in downtown Mohamar City. Dr Stevenson had called them in to discuss an irregularity with the autopsy. “Gentlemen I asked you be here today because I found something quite puzzling in the autopsy I ran of the gentleman in question. The dates didnt add it up as all awash was it true could the world becoming to and all because some ancient Karma God name saint Choco the bearded bunny forgot to complete the calander or simpy just stopped thinking it wont get this far anyway ???”

Have had a number of failed cracks at predicting the date for the end of the world but hey they still have lots of people who still go along with it and actually think its all true.

Hi Shinasbabe27 I enjoy reading your posts most of the time, but please hon....no need to keep bagging WA. Some of us actually like it here and enjoy not having to conform with the rest of Aus or the world for that matter. There is good and a whole lot of bad in other places around the world. I don't think we have too much to complain about here. Just some minor inconveniences. JMO SFxx
