  Four years. No withdrawal symptoms at all. I was out of an emotionally abusive relationship and needed the time to heal. I didnt even want sex for most of that time as I was suffering from depression anyway. Actually I thought I would never want sex again and I was happy with that. Didnt even get the urge to masturbate often during this time. But time heals most wounds.

  the first 15 years of my ife, it wasnt too bad because i wasnt sure what i was missing so no issues there.....actually ill say 18 years because the first years i still had no idea what i was doing.........

  4 Years was mine as i got out of a horrible breakup with my ex partner. I wasn't interested in meeting anybody for more sex as I had a bad sex life with my ex partner.But all good now and happy with life now and the fun it brings in.

  While I was with the ex husband... symptoms included a lot of crying, frustration, anger and lots of self relief!

  14 months now only ever been with the one girl in a long term relationship sex life wasnt as i wanted sadly enough its left that mark an thats how it has stayed. healing time !
