Real life people come in all shapes and sizes. There are voluptuous women matching up with buff blokes. Thin waif girls with beefy fellas and tall blokes with short girls, because when you really look around real-life people, you'll see we are all imperfect in our own way.

Exfoliate and moisturize as often as you can
Before you go out to meet a new 'fun-friend' or go to a swingers' party invest time in making your skin look and smell beautiful. It adds to your confidence when you're naked and others will have a hard time keeping their hands off of you.
Exercise
Before a big date or night out, do a mini circuit. It'll perk your muscles and it'll give you a confidence boost.
Five minutes before you get in the shower, do 10 squats, 10 sumo lunges, and 10 push-ups. You'll feel firmer and more confident, and stand taller.
These steps will help you gain confidence and settle into this new version of yourself. The way you feel about your body will be transparent to others, when you feel confident and sexy the vibe resonates.
