Feeling like you’re back in the midst of the disco era, this 11 track sophomore offering from Australian Idols youngest and hottest will have you reaching for your hotpants and dusting off your disco ball.

Ridding themselves of Ricky Lee and replacing her with Jessica Malboy hasn’t changed the flavour these girls have become known for… spice! Excellent vocals pull this slick record together with some well chosen covers. The stand out track would be the familiar lines of ‘I’m so excited’, an anthem we all know and love. It’s catchy and most of us will know the words to the chorus, which makes for some great karaoke moments.

But make sure you listen out for the title track ‘New Attitude’ which sounds to me as though it could have been the theme song for ‘Flashdance’ or even ‘Rocky’…had Rocky been wielding a mascara wand and lip-gloss and changing his attitude instead of beating heads in the ring.

All in all a cruisey pop laden gem that will do the rounds of your stereo any time the girls are over and the champagne is out.
