Masterchef Australia runner-up Poh Ling Yeow has posed nude several times and is proud about stripping for her art.
The Adelaide-based artist, 35, said she was proud of her body - but admitted while she was happy to get her gear off for portrait artists, she would never showcase her assets for a lads' magazine.
"I've actually got no issue with it (the works) whatsoever," Yeow said yesterday. "I am not ashamed of them, it's just part of the artistic sensibility to help each other with stuff like that. I have posed several times for artist friends.
"I see the body as a beautiful thing. I think people think it's weird that I would never pose in a bikini magazine but I would go nude for an artist. But it's the principle of it actually being art."
Yeow, who was beaten by mother of three Julie Goodwin, 38, in the first MasterChef Australia finale, has been painted nude several times by top artist David Bromley.
