Beach Soccer RHP style!

The picturesque sands of City Beach, in Western Australia’s affluent western suburbs have come to life over summer as the 2nd annual Corporate Beach Soccer tournament kicks into full swing.

With corporate heavyweights such as Vodafone, Ernst & Young and Bank of Queensland all vying to become champions for 2010, it is fair to say that members of the ultra sexy RedHotPie team have their work cut out! The RHP soccer stars are working hard to progress deep into the super 6 round and earn a chance to write their names in the history books becoming the holders of the 2010 Corporate Beach Soccer Cup!

In the first round, team RedHotPie lost a thrilling encounter to the defending tournament runners up and competition organizers Gem Sports. Since that rusty and sluggish opener, the Pie team has been dominating the tournament showing no mercy to their corporate enemies.

In the 2nd round, team RedHotPie handed tournament newcomers ZEP a 5-0 hammering before smashing Dale Alcock Homes in round 3 with a bruising and hard fought 3-1 victory.

The strength of the RedHotPie soccer machine is an all female defense; packed with ferocity the rear guard has not allowed a single goal into the back of the net in the last two games. For those of you who might be wondering, yes the very sexy females playing for RedHotPie are all active members of RedHotPie.com.au, handpicked to represent the mighty Pie nation.

The Corporate Beach Soccer Tournament happens every Thursday at City Beach in Perth from 6pm and runs until the 11th of March when the Grand Final will be played to crown the Champions for 2010.

All RedHotPie members are welcome to head on down to City Beach and cheer for the team in Red throughout early 2010. The team is very easy to spot, with the sexy red jerseys and even sexier players! Often we’ll all head out onto the town to celebrate a victory …. Yeah you got it – “To Paint the Town Red”
