  Apparently the “extension”by surgery can make it look bigger when flaccid by bringing the base of the penis forward, but essentially it’s still the same size when erect… there are some other options used by people that get sex changes but I think that’s more of a designer penis and not working with what you have already.   Oh don’t hurt your penis love! There are some size queens out there, true. But overall it’s most definitely a lot more down to your skills as a lover than the size. I’d take an amazing lover who is on the smaller side any time over a large guy who does a mechanical boring fuck.
