With that said, we understand that we’re all human; from time to time members may express differing opinions, engage in debate or just not like each other, and all these things are fine, however – RedHotPie has a zero-tolerance policy on harassment.
Everyone’s definition of harassment is slightly different, but we expect our members to police their own behaviour and treat others with the respect and dignity we all deserve, and largely this policy works well. Our members are exceptionally well behaved on the whole. However, if you do experience a conflict that you cannot resolve, the first step you should take is to block the member you are experiencing conflict with.
