Swingers getaways

We are just about to do a reno job on a unit the we hope to have set up specifically for over 18's, swingers, honeymooners etc. We will not be local hosts but have it managed by a local agent (who is totally aware of our plans). We would love to hear any hints, tips, suggestions or messages on what people would like to see or experience. Cheers M&T

Extras like bread milk yoghurts etc. like $15 per visitors and incorporate into your costs. Clean clean and clean is a must.

Soundproof and secure. Good curtains etc

Tasteful yet cheeky art on the walls. Such as Georgia O’keefe inspired paintings or photos of phallic shaped ordinary objects. Just something for a giggle. Keep it classic. Make sure you have soft lighting pointing upwards.

Air conditioning, ceiling fans, sophisticated bed linen, decorative mirrors, storage space for makeup etc in bathroom (so many Hotels/accommodation providers have nowhere to store your bathroom essentials), and possibly a lovely cheese platter in the fridge after all that exercise.
