If that were me I’d expect it all to be paid for, including travel. If you want someone at your disposal for a week at a remote location you should pay for them to get there and stay and go home again. Other than that just the logistics of finding someone who can holiday when you do would be so difficult, perhaps you’d be best off finding a playmate local to your area and taking them with you?
