A question for experienced "hot wives" or partners of cuckolds - how did it all start for you?

I'm a straight female who loves the idea of being allowed to "play" - turning on my straight, male partner in doing so.
My ideal scenario is that - whilst I can play, he does not (he remains faithful and monogamous)... he gets off on me either relaying the playing I've done in the absence, or, gets off on watching me in the act with another/multiple men.
My question is - how did other ladies FIND someone that would fit my ideal? And a decent, clean, attractive and solvent man at that?
I don't know where to start. I can't see if there are communities for these kinds of standards in my local area - so I thought I'd start here and see what advice I could get. The basic, run of the mill Adult Match Making sites don't seem to produce anything specific to cuckolding... Just men looking for NSA. Which I don't mind, of course, but isn't what I'd prefer. I gather your looking for your Cuck? It's not a big scene in Adelaide, I find myself explaining what Cuckolding is a lot to people and most don't get it or get all judgemental on the fact that I get to play and he does'n't. It does take a certain kind of man to enter into this sort of lifestyle. Yep - ideal scenario, I find a cuck... However other scenario - I just find a respectful open relationship, where he can play too. I just prefer the idea of a cuck because I LOVE the idea of the guy getting off on me being with other men... whereas me, personally, I don't get off on my partner being with other people.... It's the "loving it" factor I like a lot, thus why I feel I'm more suited to a cuckold dynamic than a purely open relationship...

I'm here because of capacity really...
I'm time poor and have a restricted lifestyle at present... Single mother of 2 young kids. I work part-time every day, and study 2 degrees fulltime. Housebound with kids as of about 7pm every night, and don't get a break more than once a month when it comes to a weekend "off" :P Soooo.... I have no other way to really meet anyone. So, you want a relationship where you can have sex with other men as often as you like - either by yourseff or in the presence of your partner? But he isn't allowed to stray.
Doesn't seem very fair to me. I'd be happy with this sort of relationship if it was an open marriage rather than being one sided. I'd also be happy to have my partner has sex with another man in my presence. We could go out together, find a man in a bar and go to a hotel room for sex. I' d be happy to just watch for most of the performance but if I was excluded totally then I wouldn't be happy. I'd even be happy to watch and then the other man leaves and then I get to play afterwards. That would turn me on.
But my rules would be - no meeting anyone behind my back. It has to be in my presence and with my permission EVERY time. It would have to be with a stranger who does not have out contact details and we do not have his. And it has to be a one time only with each man.
If I granted my partner that then I'd kinda hope that it would work the other way too but I'd agree to it her way even if I didn't get my turn just because it would turn me on to see my partner enjoying themselves with someone else with me watching.
I'd also be happy to swing with another couple - but again I think it has to be with another couple with no contact details because otherwise one or other of us might be tempted to start something on the side with one person from the other couple. I am sure that there are couple who can do this with a regular person or persons and not have trust issues but I know a couple who was doing this and they ended up breaking up due to jealousy.
