Information
Scheduled for Saturday 14th May 2022, this social gathering is to be held at Aquis Park - Gold Coast Turf Club.
I mean who doesn’t love to see sexy men & women in their best dress for a day at the races…and the wild antics which are likely to follow.
The event is open for both singles and couples.
TICKETS
Tickets are $60/person (plus Booking Fee) which includes:
- Racecourse Entry Fee
- Exclusive use of a section within The Glasshouse enclosure (please refer to further details below). Access to the venue is available from 11:30am and generally closes around 5:30pm (following the final race).
- Gold Canapes Package will be served from 12:30pm – 2:30pm with dessert at 3:00pm.
- A cash bar will be available on the day for all drink purchases.
Given the logistics of bookings with the Race Club, numbers are strictly limited and tickets are required to be purchased by 12pm Friday 29th April 2022.
Guests wishing to purchase tickets after this time will be subject to availability and sadly incur an additional $12/ticket Turf Club Admission Fee.
THE GLASSHOUSE VENUE:
The Glasshouse is claimed to be one of the best positioned enclosures on course & located just 50m past the finish post.
An alfresco viewing area of the mounting yard and track (ideal for those which may prefer some fresh air from time to time) is also accessible.
The area includes large screen TVs, state of art sound systems and betting facilities, including a book maker.
IMPORTANT TICKET ITEMS
1. Your prompt purchase of tickets is always appreciated by the hosts.
2. If you have been granted the link, this does not mean a ticket has been held/reserved for you (refer point 1).
3. One polite request is to not share the ticket link. The hosts need to liaise with the Turf Club for ticket purchases and only those guests which have been granted ticket link via host & subsequently purchased will be provided with tickets to enter the racecourse.

REFUNDS
In the event of a full COVID Lockdown, your tickets will be refunded.
OTHER
The function will be observing COVID Health & Safety Guidelines. This is a Meet & Greet styled event, but feel free to arrange your sexy after parties!
