  My experience with this...take it however you wish....
  
  But my experiences with guests sending flirts are that they aren’t genuine....it’s more often than not one of those dating site lizards that are god fearing, and are working with kids in Africa or something and will as you to pay for their airline tickets to meet....lol

  Go to their profile and you should see four green circles at the bottom of the screen, one being an envelope. Click it and write your message. Hit done then send.
  
  Or scroll to the bottom of their profile and under “contact history”, select send message.

  Go to 'Mailbox'......'Flirts', find the flirt (which obviously you have done) and there should be a 'Message' icon.Otherwise you have a Premium membership, so go to her Profile, top right corner, click on 'Send Message'

  Often a good indication of a genuine profile is (a) more than one picture, (b) a profile that is written in English & in particular (c) a verified profile. I have received reply flirts from premium & even platinum members with the “please message me...” reply, which as a guest I clearly cannot do. A quick message would initiate a conversation, would it not?
