As the flood waters continue to push their way over the Brisbane River banks and into the city, many Queenslanders are looking ahead to the clean up that will be required once the floods have receded.

Rebuilding will take years and estimates are already in the billions; until the water rolls back there’s no real way of knowing just what those affected will be faced with, but it is certain, for many the damage will be crippling.

Australian’s and Australian businesses are coming to QLD’s aid with $36 million being raised already to help with the clean-up. Feeling the need to speak out on the behalf of our users and members, RedHotPie has donated $5,000 to the Flood Relief Appeal, hoping that it will contribute to the effort to rebuild the lives touched by this disaster.
