Long held as one of Perth's most intimate and exciting lifestyle venues, Infusions has been undergoing some exciting changes of late! We caught up with Danielle from Infusions to hear all about the club's exciting refurbishments, swinging in 2020 and a whole lot more!

(RedHotPie) Tell us about the origins of Infusions? How does a swinger’s club come about?

(Danielle, Infusions) Infusions club evolved from the Pleasure Lounge venue in Burswood. We leased the Pleasure Lounge venue for many years for swinger parties but a few years ago we realized that it may not always be available as a venue. This prompted us to find an alternative venue and Infusions club was born. Now we own the venue in Belmont and this has enabled us to continuously upgrade the facilities at the club.

So we understand Infusions has just been renovated, tell us all about it! 

We are currently in the middle of a large scale renovation with the aim of creating a club venue with the best facilities for swingers in Perth.

In late December last year we completed changes that have opened up our front social area allowing us to add an under-lit dance floor complete with elevated spinning dance pole. In the next couple of weeks we will adding a DJ box on the side of the dance floor and will have a DJ at the club on selected nights to pump up the vibe and get the crowd dancing.

We realize that there is a demand for more playrooms at the venue. In response in coming weeks we will be adding two new private play rooms at the rear of the venue. Also our large luxury back play room with two king size bed and bathroom ensuite which has previously only been open on Saturday nights will now be open and available for all Infusions events.

These changes will be followed by relocation of our bar, currently in the back of the venue, to the front area. This change which will further enlarge and open up the clubs social area, will also provide a more discreet and secure entry to the club and allow us to create 3 new play rooms in the current bar location. This will centralize all play rooms at the back of the club. One of these new rooms is planned to be a dungeon room, the other a private room, and the third a fish bowl room with large glass windows looking out the social area. 

Is the public’s perception of swinging accurate, or is it a little outdated?

The public perception of swinging seems to be mixed. Increasingly we find that people are more educated about swinging largely due to the information available on the internet, our blog, podcasts and other websites. Generally people are pleasantly surprised to find how social the swinging community is and how friendly people are at the club. We do still get people contact us and ask if keys are thrown in a bowl at our events - but this perception seems to be held by only a small minority.  

What happens at a swingers club? Non-swingers would love to know .. 

We like to say - what goes on at the club, stays at the club! Above all else we value the discretion of our guests. We can tell you though that our club is very social. When you come in at the beginning of the night you can expect to see people enjoying a drink at the bar, chatting in our lounge area, grooving on the dance floor, or playing a game of pool. Don’t expect to come in early in the evening and see a lot of sex – although it does happen early now and then! Every night is a little different. 

As people get to know each other they may find a mutual attraction and choose to take things further in one of our playrooms. If they play in one of our open rooms then others may gather to enjoy the voyeuristic experience. This is great if one of your fantasies is being watched – it can be very erotic!

Do you have to have sex, can you just watch, how does it work? 

When you visit the club there is no pressure to play or have sex with others. We welcome everyone to enjoy the party in whichever way they are comfortable. First time visitors may want to enjoy the social area, chat to other guests, play pool, and watch others play. Room for unobtrusive watching is provided in both our front group room and back playroom.

All play at the club is consensual and we do not allow any unwanted touching or guests joining in with play who have not been invited to join. We ask guests to report this behaviour to staff immediately if it does ever occur. 

Is there an entry fee, can anyone come? 

We are an invite only venue and screen all guests who want to attend. People wishing to attend need to either register at the RHP events page or contact us via text or phone on 0423 894 457 to gain an invite. We welcome all classy well-presented people at the club. We also use the invite system to ensure we have balanced numbers and keep single men limited at our couple’s Saturday night events. As we are a BYO venue we do charge an entry fee. Entry varies depending on the night and event. Entry pricing is listed on the event on the RHP events page. 

So to celebrate the renovations and the all new Infusions, what have you got planned? 

With the upcoming long weekend we have a special offer for all guests. We are introducing Infusions weekend passes so that guests can really live it up and make the most of all our long weekend events. The weekend pass allows guests to visit the club for any and all events from Friday 28th to Monday March 2nd. We are open for our regular Friday and Saturday night events as well as our super fun foam party on Sunday night from 5pm-12pm and a Monday afternoon event from 3pm – 7pm. Guest are able to attend any or all these events for special pricing of $100 per couple, $150 for single men and $40 for single ladies.
